We also deliver mail and packages for our customers. The rider collects the package or mail from the sender and then delivers it to the recipient. The customer will be asked to indicate who will pay the delivery charge, the sender or the recipient. This information must be declared before we can proceed with the delivery.

The delivery charge depends on the distance and the quantity, weight and size of the parcel to be delivered. Most delivery charge in Portmore is standard. However, the charge may vary for deliveries in surrounding communities. Additionally, our goal is to try to make each delivery within thirty (30) minutes provided that there are no prevailing circumstances that may cause unavoidable delays.

Customers are free to cancel an delivery order once the package is not in transit to the recipient.
